How it works
Our simple flat service fee is 15.0% for exclusive positions and 25% for non-exclusive and/or contingency based hires. Discounts are available for volume hires. For example, our flat service fee for attracting and screening a top-tier .NET Architect would be $15,000 (12.5% x $120,000 annual base salary).
