Simplified, Transparent Service Pricing

Getting the very best talent requires a different approach. Our pricing is fully transparent to both customers and candidates alike, that’s our pledge. Our customers have confidence in our simplified, up-front,  service fees which are fully guaranteed for the life of each temporary contract placement. Our team is also fully capable of working within most industry standard VMS systems which typically feature transparent bill rates. Our candidates also appreciate a level of honesty and transparency that is otherwise unheard of in the market.

How it works

You set the pay rate for our temporary contractors. We add our flat all-inclusive service fee (20% to 30% dependent on the contract length) along with a fixed fee to cover the employer burden which includes statutory employer taxes & insurance, mandated benefits, payroll, hr, as well as regulatory compliance & administrative costs (For W-2 hourly contractors within the US, it is fixed at 20% in all states, add 1.5% for San Francisco. For legally eligible freelance contractors on 1099 it is 10%). That’s your bill rate.

For example. Let’s say you set the pay rate at $30 for our W-2 contractor for your project. Our express service fee is $9.00 ($30 x 30%). Your total all-inclusive hourly bill rate is $45.00/hour ($30 pay rate + $6.00 employer burden + $9.00 service fee). Nothing more. It’s that simple, and your service fee is guaranteed for the life of the contract.

What does our flat service fee include? – Top-tier STEM talent whom have been comprehensively technically screened and verified. AHS contractors come ready to work, with the exact skills requested. All temporary contractors are the employees of AHS with full benefits and PTO.
